Technical Leadership In The Future and My Potential For it

Leadership Experience and Potential for the Future:My only leadership role so far in my technical professional career has been as a "Testing Coordinator" for a safety critical software product. In the future, I would like to grow into a leadership role in my technical field. I showed good potential for this having won awards in high school in both Junior Achievement and the Future Business Leaders of America Clubs. In these roles, I not only held the leadership and decision making position, but I also was a contributor to product making, selling and keeping the books.
